This is what we call a Sports Cap, throughout history it has been known by many names, including Greek Fisherman’s Hat, People’s Cap, Bicyclist’s Hat, Train Conductors Hat, Military Hat, and Newsboy Cap. The outer material of this hat is a cotton-linen blend, from a distinct palette of fabric colors we call Essek. There are two Essek fabrics that are easy to confuse when looking at photographs- this called Navy, and another that is called Charcoal. The starting size of this hat is 23 1/4”. Although it can adjust smaller, we recommend a hat that fits your exact size.
