Significant Information
Before choosing a hat, you must know your size. We measure size using inches of circumference. It is easiest to determine your hat size with the help of a friend, using a tailor's tape. If you are ordering a Turban, Ruthy Fashion Mask, or Hoodie High Hat, make sure to include your ears in the measurement of the hat. If you do not have a tailor's tape, a stout string or ribbon (that is not stretchy!) will do just fine. Wrap the string around your head, find your mark, and then measure it on a carpenter’s tape or yard stick. Not too tight, and totally accurate, are both very important. Shipping
We ship via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested. The price of a hat online does not include shipping. By ordering a hat with us, you agree to pay for it when the hat is complete. The final bill will be the price of the hat, plus shipping. If you order more than one hat, chances are we will be able to send them together in one box, reducing your price on shipping.
Our standard time frame to complete a hat is five to seven weeks, we will contact you by email for payment when the hat is complete. You are welcome to contact us if you would like an estimated price on shipping to your address.
Shipping a hat internationally is no problem at all. Most online hat purchases are within the USA, but we have sent hats around the world for many years.
Once upon a time, shipping services were bought separately from the hats. For this I created shipping purchase links, still residing at the bottom of this page. I have left them in place but they are now obsolete, you will see that they all say, “$0, Sold Out”. They still exist solely because... If you roll over the cartoons with your computer screen cursor them cuties animate so well.

Returns Policy
If the hat that you order does not work for you, you are welcome to exchange the hat AS LONG AS THE HAT IS ENTIRELY NEW. Ideally the tag is still on the hat, although this is not a requirement. A returned hat will be “reviewed for it’s new-ness” on its arrival, may it be by mail or in person.
PREFERABLY, A HAT RETURNS BECOMES A CREDIT TOWARDS ANOTHER HAT. If you show up in person to exchange a hat, you are welcome to pick out a hat of similar value from our general stock for no additional charge. If we are interacting by mail and your new hat is pulled from our current stock of hats, we can send it to you promptly and there is no additional charge for the hat exchange besides shipping. If your new hat is to be made exact to size for you, this will cost you shipping and the process will take five to seven weeks.
