Significant Information
Before choosing a hat, you must know your size. We measure size using inches of circumference. It is easiest to determine your hat size with the help of a friend, using a tailor's tape. If you are ordering a Turban, “Ruthy” Fashion Mask, or Hoodie High Hat, make sure to include your ears in the measurement of the hat. If you do not have a tailor's tape, a stout string or ribbon (that is not stretchy!) will do just fine. Wrap the string around your head, find your mark, and then measure it on a carpenter’s tape or yard stick. Not too tight, and total accuracy, are both very important. Shipping
Within the USA, shipping is included in the price of a hat. For any hats purchased outside the USA we charge:
+$20 international shipping for one hat.
+$15 international shipping to Canada for one hat.
More than one hat? +$7 per hat.
Examples: Sending two hat to Canada, $7+$15. Sending three hats to Ireland, $7+$7+$20.

February 2nd, 2022 - TAKE NOTE: Some international addresses are currently experiencing major limitations on the reception of imports. If you are an international customer, and you are in one of the countries effected (most notably Australia and New Zealand) your shipping might be significantly more than +$20, it may take longer for your hat to arrive, or it may not be possible to ship you a hat at all. We apologize if this is the case. Below is a United States Postal Service announcement with details:

Returns Policy
If the hat that you order does not work for you, you are welcome to exchange the hat AS LONG AS THE HAT IS ENTIRELY NEW. Ideally the tag is still on the hat, although this is not a requirement. A returned hat will be “reviewed for it’s new-ness” on its arrival, may it be by mail or in person.
HAT RETURNS ARE CREDIT TOWARDS ANOTHER HAT. If you show up in person to exchange a hat, you are welcome to pick out a hat of similar value from our general stock for no additional charge. If you are exchanging a hat by mail within the USA, we charge $10 to ship you your new hat. Please include this shipping fee with the hat you are returning in the form of cash, check, or by using the shipping links at the bottom of this page. If the hat desired in your exchange is more expensive than the first hat, the additional difference must be paid. If the hat desired in the exchange is less expensive than the first hat, we will wave the $10 shipping fee and send you the additional difference if applicable.
If you are exchanging a hat from an international address, the charge is the $10 USA Shipping Exchange Fee, plus our International Shipping Charge of $20. If you are doing this process from Canada, then the charge is the $10 USA Shipping Exchange Fee plus the Canada Shipping Charge of $15. If you are exchanging more than one hat from any address outside the USA, it is $7 for each additional hat. Examples: Exchanging two hat from Canada, $10+$15+$7.
