This is what we call a Sports Cap. Throughout history it has been known by many names, including Greek Fisherman’s Hat, People’s Cap, Bicyclist’s Hat, Train Conductors Hat, Military Hat, and Newsboy Cap. This hat style has a cotton lining, a cloth bill that can be rolled up for your pocket and still stay resilient; and the hat is designed to be washable (hand wash, cold water, line dry).
The body of this hat is Dorr Wool, the lower band is a black thin wale cotton corduroy. The wool fabric is a herringbone that mixes charcoal black and sapphire blue. This hat could be worn for style anytime, but also a wool hat is especially good in the rain. It will wick moister to a certain degree, and if it gets wet through it will still keep you warm. Although this hat can adjust smaller, we recommend a hat that fits your exact size. Take some time to understand this next step, it is very important: we need your exact hat size.
