Special Order TC01

Touring Cap of Diamond Rainbow Wool -blue, brown, grey, & yellow-

$67

This is what we call a Touring Cap. Throughout history this style of hat has been known by many names, including Fisherman’s Hat, Tam O’Shanter, Scally, Baker Boy Hat, Golf Hat, Scottish Sheperd’s Hat, Irish Hat, Driving Cap, Gatsby, Button Top, Lundberg Stetson, Longshoreman's Hat, Big Apple, and Newsboy Cap. This hat has a cotton lining, a cloth bill that can be rolled up for your pocket and still stay resilient; and the hat is designed to be washable (hand wash, cold water, line dry).

The Pendleton Wool featured in this Hat People Touring Cap is Yellow, Blue, Gray & Brown with a Black Diamond Pattern sketched in throughout. This wool is a medium weight & very soft. The pattern of the wool is very close, in size, to the triangular pattern we use to cut the hats; resulting in a wonderful mandala like symmetry in the top of the hat. This hat could be worn for style anytime, but also a wool hat is especially good in the rain. It will wick moister to a certain degree, and if it gets wet through it will still keep you warm. If you are interested in purchasing this hat, made special order exact to your size, please read the entire order form below before proceeding.

Although this hat can adjust smaller, we recommend a hat that fits your exact size. Take some time to understand this next step, it is very important: we need your exact hat size. This will be a measured in inches of circumference. See video HPTV1 on the Media Page for details on measuring your head size.

This hat is a Touring Cap, meaning that you must choose a "Cut" for your hat style. If you do not understand this differentiation, there are four different Touring Cap “Cuts”. See video HPTV3 on the Media Page for details.

If you would like to buy this hat, thank you so much! Please fill out the order form below. We do not accept any payment until the hat is complete. We will contact you by email for payment. Our standard time frame for completing a hat is five to seven weeks.
