The Insider is named for all the types of similar hats to this that are worn inside. This hat could be for just being around the house, getting dressed up with a smoking jacket, worn as the daily hat of a monk or scholar, or possibly something more whimsical. The outer material is Pendleton Wool, and has a fold down layer of wool that covers your ears if you want to wear the hat for warmth. The colors are dark heather grey, seaweed green, and sage green. The top of the hat has a sewn in loop where you can add beads, feathers, or a tassel if you wish. This hat style does not adjust to size, it is fitted at size 22 3/4”.
